Thank you for shopping with Belleher! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. EST will begin processing the following business day.

Please note that order processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Orders are shipped using our Standard Shipping service.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Cost: $0 — Free Shipping on all orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, or logistics disruptions).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 7 days after placing your order, please contact us at usbelleher@gmail.com.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving shipping issues.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 7 days at usbelleher@gmail.com.

Please note that Belleher is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing your claim.

8. Cancellations and Order Modifications

We can only cancel or modify orders if they have not yet been shipped. To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at usbelleher@gmail.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
